Report a suspected incident to **hello@sayhiapply.com**.

We will: contain, preserve audit rows, notify the affected client, and say what was in scope (metadata vs media). We do not run a public status page in v1.

Staff break-glass on an intro is logged as `staff_access`. There is no silent staff watch.

This is a stub for the first house, not a complete IR playbook.
