It replaces the first video interview. It is a video intro on apply, and a video interview. They say hi on the way in — or you send the button or a link after, as the screening stage. That link is what you send instead of an after-apply video-interview portal. It is not live two-way. We specialize in time-efficient, focused async video and voice, to get the right people in the room fast. So yes, it will solve your video interview needs.
Is this candidate screening?
Yes. Screening by who shows up, not by a score, not by a phone call, not by scanning their social media.
Is this only for jobs?
No. Hiring is where we started — recruiting, staffing, job applications. The same button belongs on competition entries, rental and lease applications, and any form that needs a person, an introduction, not just a file.
How much time does this save?
