How it works

1. Create a link. No code.
2. Send it from your ATS, email, SMS, a message, or a QR you print.
3. They record. They enter the email they used on the apply. You watch who showed up.

How we join it

The link has no form of theirs to carry the id. After they record, they enter the email they used on the apply. That's the join. We do not push into Lever, Greenhouse, or any ATS. You line that email up against the apply you already have.

We email them the id only. A receipt. Not the tape. Not an account. Not marketing.

Want it exact? Ask for the code on your form. One short-answer question next to the link — “Paste your Say Hi code”. We show it after they send, and email it to them too. Match on that and there is nothing to line up by eye.

Optional. The apply email still comes either way, so nobody falls through for skipping it.
