Privacy

The client is our customer. They hold the account. We are the processor for the hosted file and the inbox.

• The person who says hi does not create an account. We do not market to them.
• On a link they enter the email they used on the apply. We keep it with that hi for 30 days. We email them the id only. Not an account. Not marketing. The button never asks for email.
• Live capture on their device. We do not take uploads.
• We host the file for 30 days, then delete our copy. The client can download or delete before that.
• Place is optional, city plus coarse coordinates. We do not keep raw GPS.
• Consent version is stored before the camera opens.
• v1 runs in the United States. Subprocessors: Cloudflare Stream, Neon, Stripe (when live). See subprocessors.
• We do not sell applicant lists. We do not score faces.
• A first house can start from the DPA outline.
